The much-anticipated special episode of Netflix's 'The Great Indian Kapil Show' premiered on Saturday. This time, YouTuber Samay Raina and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia made their appearance together. It marked their first joint appearance following the 'Indias Got Latent' controversy.

During the episode, host Kapil Sharma, along with Ranveer and Samay, engaged in a lot of fun and laughter. They also discussed the controversy that had surrounded them.

Samay revealed that just a day before the controversy erupted, Kapil had called him to give a warning. He shared that Kapil was the first person to reach out to him once the situation escalated.

When Ranveer asked Kapil if he had watched the episodes of 'Indias Got Latent', the actor confirmed he had seen several. He mentioned that he had even called Samay, questioning how there were no cases against him. Samay recounted, "I swear, the day before my show was canceled, Kapil called me and said, 'Something bad is going to happen to you.'"

Kapil elaborated on his advice to Samay, stating, "I told him that now that you are in the limelight, you need to be cautious. I speak from experience; I am not a fortune teller. You can become famous by saying anything, but once you are famous, you cannot say just anything." He also shared how he faced legal issues due to his jokes and late-night tweets.

Kapil's Support During Tough Times

Samay further expressed that Kapil was the first person to call him during that challenging period. He reflected, "I still don't know if it was concern or a jab. He told me that just as your good days have passed, your bad days will soon come to an end."
