The audition phase for artists eager to take part in the cultural events of the International Minjar Fair 2026 wrapped up today. On this concluding day, 192 talented individuals from various districts in Himachal Pradesh displayed their skills at the PM Shri Government Senior Secondary School in Chamba.

Over the span of five days, the auditions attracted a vibrant array of performers from across the state, particularly from the Chamba district. According to District Language Officer Tukesh Sharma, a total of 816 artists participated in this year's selection process.

Now that the auditions have concluded, an expert jury panel will assess all participants. Those selected based on their merit will have the chance to perform on the cultural stage at the International Minjar Fair 2026.
