Siddharth Anand Praises 'Main Vaapas Aaunga'

Filmmaker Siddharth Anand, known for Pathaan, took to Twitter on Sunday to share his excitement, stating, "Just booked my tickets for Tuesday night for #MainVaapasAaunga! After Dhurandhar, I booked tickets for this one in ADVANCE!" He expressed his delight in seeing films from various genres resonating with audiences today, adding, "Power of a storyteller!! Full power to you, Imtiaz Ali!"

Main Vaapas Aaunga is a romantic drama set during the Partition, exploring themes of love, migration, and the emotional scars that linger. Naseeruddin Shah portrays a migrant whose dying wish is to reunite with his first love, who remains in Pakistan. His grandson, played by Diljit, takes on the mission to fulfill this wish, while Vedang and Sharvari depict the younger versions of the characters Keenu and Afsana.
