Renowned actor Martin Freeman, celebrated for his performances in the Sherlock series and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has officially announced his marriage to actress Rachel Benaissa. The couple, who have been together for six years, reportedly exchanged vows in a private ceremony earlier this year.

The revelation of their marriage came to light after they made a public appearance at the premiere of Freeman’s latest film, The Long Winter, on Wednesday. The 55-year-old actor was seen sporting a gold wedding band, while Benaissa, 32, showcased a diamond engagement ring, leading to immediate speculation about their marital status. A representative for Freeman later confirmed the news to a media outlet.
