Details Surrounding Guidera's Passing

As reported, Anthony Guidera collapsed in his living room on May 11 while with his wife. Valarie recounted that his heart abruptly stopped, leading to an emergency response. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was placed on life support for about three weeks as doctors tried to stabilize him and uncover the reason behind the cardiac incident. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the cause of his heart failure remained undiagnosed. Following his wishes, his family made the heart-wrenching decision to take him off life support, allowing him to pass away peacefully at home on Saturday, surrounded by loved ones.

His death was also mourned by Astara, a spiritual organization in Palos Verdes Estates, California, where Guidera and his wife volunteered. Known as 'Reverend Anthony' within the community, Astara expressed their sorrow in a heartfelt social media post on June 6, stating, "It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Astara's Reverend Anthony. We are devastated and trying to breathe through the impossible, taking each moment as it comes."

Anthony Guidera began his acting journey in 1990 with a role as a bodyguard named Anthony in The Godfather Part III, directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
