Hema Malini Comments on Protests

After attending the opening day of the Parliament Monsoon Session, Hema Malini shared her thoughts on the protests occurring in New Delhi. Speaking to reporters about the demonstrations led by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP), the actor and politician expressed that such protests are illogical and emphasized the importance of resolving issues through conversation. On July 20, a large crowd gathered outside Parliament.

Hema Malini's Perspective on Education Protests

When questioned about the protests related to exam paper leaks, Hema Malini remarked that the government has made significant contributions to the education sector. She stated, "If there are issues, they should be discussed properly. Protests like these won't lead to any solutions. The Modi government has consistently supported the youth and the education system, achieving a lot in this area."

She further added, "The current protests lack rationale. It is crucial to resolve these matters through dialogue. Those involved should engage in discussions rather than misguiding students. Instead of causing disruption, students should be encouraged to pursue positive actions."

Kangana Ranaut Critiques Protestors

Earlier that day, Kangana Ranaut also criticized the protestors for disrupting the peace under the guise of demonstrations. The BJP MP highlighted that the ongoing monsoon session of Parliament is an essential time for addressing unresolved issues. She believes this is the right venue for holding the government accountable, as it is where questions should be posed. Kangana stated that it is unacceptable for protestors to create disturbances during this critical time.

She remarked, "You cannot pressure the government into making decisions about who to dismiss or retain. This kind of coercion is inappropriate. It is the prerogative of the government, elected by the people, to manage its operations. If you feel strongly about these issues, consider running for election yourself." Meanwhile, the CJP met with Union Minister JP Nadda to present their demands.
