HBO has made an exciting announcement regarding the celebrated stage play 'Oh, Mary!', which is set to be transformed into a filmed special for its audience in 2027. The announcement was highlighted by a teaser featuring the play's creator and lead actor, Cole Escola, alongside notable stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Cynthia Nixon. Escola will reprise his role as Mary Todd Lincoln, with the original cast members including Giles Terera as Abraham Lincoln, Bianca Leigh as the chaperone, Tony Macht as the assistant, and Michael Urie as the teacher.
