In a recent interview, Gautam Rode shared insights about his time working with Jennifer Winget on the TV show Saraswatichandra. Despite ongoing rumors about their dating, he clarified that for the first 18 months, they hardly communicated beyond a simple 'hello.'

Gautam explained that they exchanged no phone numbers and focused solely on their work, reading scenes and shooting without personal interaction. He noted, 'She was in her zone, and I was in mine.'

He emphasized that a strong on-screen chemistry does not necessarily require off-screen friendship, stating that both were professional actors who managed to perform well without extensive personal conversations.

However, after about a year and a half, they became good friends, often joking about why they hadn't talked earlier.

Following Jennifer's separation from her ex-husband Karan Singh Grover, rumors about her relationship with Gautam resurfaced, but both have consistently denied these claims.
