Gaurav Khanna has spoken out following his wife Akanksha Chamola's announcement on the show Lock Up Sach Ya Sazaa regarding their impending divorce. The winner of Bigg Boss 19 was seen on the set of Laughter Chefs on June 30, where he interacted with the media and addressed the rumors surrounding their separation. While he did not explicitly confirm or deny the divorce, he expressed his unwavering support for Akanksha and wished her well on the Netflix reality show hosted by Riteish Deshmukh and Farah Khan.

He responded, "Jo pehle tha vahi haal hai abhi bhi," indicating that not much has changed. He emphasized his continued affection and support for Akanksha, stating, "Pyaar abhi bhi utna hai, support abhi bhi utna hai. Main toh humesha support karunga Akanksha ko meri biwi hai yaar. Pyaar kiya toh piche nahin hounga."
When asked about the ongoing situation, Gaurav simply wished Akanksha the best, saying, "All the very best to Akanksha, for life. Main humesha uske saath khada hun aur usko support kar raha hun. Bohot achha khele, jeet k aaye." His comments come shortly after Akanksha revealed that they have been living apart for a year.
