Upcoming Release of Ramayana: Part 1

The highly anticipated film Ramayana: Part 1 is gearing up for its release this year. Following the initial teaser showcasing Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Yash as Ravana, the production team is preparing to reveal another sneak peek. Producer Namit Malhotra recently announced that this new promotional content will debut on a significant date. Titled 'Rama', the next glimpse is set to be unveiled on Hanuman Jayanti, which falls on April 2.


New Glimpse to Debut on Hanuman Jayanti

Namit took to Instagram to share his excitement, stating, "Shubh Rama Navami! This story belongs to everyone, and we are committed to bringing our version of the Ramayana to life with sincerity and dedication." He expressed eagerness to present the next glimpse, ‘Rama’, on April 2, marking the beginning of a grand reveal for fans worldwide. He thanked everyone for their support and patience throughout the production process.


In this adaptation, Ranbir Kapoor portrays Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi takes on the role of Goddess Sita. Yash will be featured as Ravana, and Ravi Dubey will play Lord Laxman. Additionally, Sunny Deol is set to portray Lord Hanuman.


Indira Krishnan Praises Ranbir Kapoor's Transformation

In a recent interview with a media outlet, Indira Krishnan praised Ranbir's remarkable transformation for his role in Ramayana. She noted, "He has not only focused on his physical appearance but also on how he expresses emotions through his eyes. Lord Ram is depicted as strong, and he has trained hard to embody that strength."


Indira shared that Ranbir dedicated three to four hours daily to his workouts, arriving on set by 7 AM. After filming, he would discuss his various training routines with her, showcasing his commitment to the role.
