Upcoming Digital Premieres


The first week of April brings a variety of new digital releases. Kicking off on March 31, Sam Raimi's horror comedy Send Help showcases impressive performances by Dylan O'Brien and Rachel McAdams, where they portray a boss and employee stranded on an island following a plane crash. On April 1, Netflix will feature Happy Patel: Khartarnak Jasoos starring Vir Das. Following that, on April 3, viewers can look forward to Vadh 2 with Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta on Netflix, alongside the Hindi comedy Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain: Fun On The Run debuting on Zee5.


In terms of series, Jon Hamm and James Marsden will star in the second season of Your Friends and Neighbors on Apple TV, also premiering on April 3. Marsden's character Owen poses a threat to the secrets of Coop, played by Hamm. Additionally, the K-drama Bloodhounds returns on Netflix with its second season, featuring Woo Do-hwan and Lee Sang-yi as boxers, and introducing Rain as a new antagonist. Lionsgate Play will also release the family drama Next of Kin on April 3, starring Archie Panjabi, Jack Davenport, and Shabana Azmi. Anime enthusiasts can catch the first season of Nippon Sangoku: The Three Nations of the Crimson Sun on Amazon Prime Video starting April 5, set in a future Japan reminiscent of the Meiji era.

Sitaare Zameen Par

Directed by RS Prasanna, this heartwarming film serves as a spiritual sequel to Taare Zameen Par, featuring Aamir as a disgraced basketball coach guiding a team of young players with special needs in a crucial tournament.

Maa Ka Sum
