The acclaimed series Only Murders in the Building is set to relocate from New York to London for its upcoming sixth season. This special season will feature a host of British talent, including Jennifer Saunders, Simone Ashley, Sharon Horgan, Sean Teale, Amar Chadha-Patel, Rhea Norwood, and Matthew Beard, who have all been announced as guest stars. The popular Hulu series, available on JioHotstar in India, has confirmed that original podcasters and crime solvers Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez will reprise their roles, joined by Michael Cyril Creighton. Filming for the sixth season is currently underway in the UK.

Star-Studded Guest Cast for Season 6

On social media, the official account for the crime comedy series announced its impressive lineup of guest stars. Recently, Steve Martin hinted at the inclusion of Absolutely Fabulous star Jennifer Saunders by sharing a photo of her on Instagram. He has also posted images with Da’Vine Joy Randolph, although her participation in Season 6 has yet to be confirmed.

Joining Saunders this season are The Devil Wears Prada 2 actress Simone Ashley, Bad Sisters creator and star Sharon Horgan, Doctor Odyssey actor Sean Teale, Willow star Amar Chadha-Patel, Heartstopper actress Rhea Norwood, and The Imitation Game actor Matthew Beard. All these actors will appear as recurring guest stars in this new season, which is being filmed abroad for the first time. In the previous season, the characters ventured to Hollywood. Recently, paparazzi captured Simone and Sean on set.

Veteran actor Derek Jacobi was also spotted filming alongside Martin Short and Selena Gomez, although he has not been officially listed among the guest stars. Simone's co-star from The Devil Wears Prada 2, Meryl Streep, has been a recurring character since Season 3, portraying Loretta, who is now married to Oliver (Short). It is possible that she may return in a limited role.

Cinda's latest podcast was centered around a red-haired woman accused of murdering a member of the royal family in London. The late podcaster believed in her innocence and helped her escape to the US. However, Cinda ends up in the Arconia, disguised in a red wig, and is fatally stabbed by an unknown assailant.
