Trailer Launch of 'Alpha'

The anticipation came to a close on Wednesday with the unveiling of the trailer for Alpha. This female-centric spy action thriller features Alia Bhatt and Sharvari in leading roles, alongside Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor. The trailer hints at a special cameo by Hrithik Roshan's character, Kabir, from the film War. While the trailer provides a glimpse into the storyline, many crucial plot elements remain undisclosed. Sharvari, who was not featured in the teaser, has now been introduced, prompting fans to speculate about her character. Some theorize that she could be Sita's biological sister, while others suggest a connection to notable characters from the YRF Spy Universe, including Jim, Kabir, and Khalid.

Is Sharvari Kabir's Daughter in 'Alpha'?

Shortly after the trailer's release, a user on X speculated, "#AliaBhatt is Bobby Deol's daughter, and Sharvari is actually Ruhi, Kabir's (Hrithik Roshan) daughter. This is why her character name remains a mystery." They suggested that YRF is deliberately withholding details about her character because she is Ruhi, Kabir's adoptive daughter. To recap, Ruhi is the daughter of Naina, whom Kabir is responsible for protecting and training. However, another user expressed skepticism, stating, "Sharvari cannot be Ruhi. In War 2, Ruhi was between 12-14 years old, and unless there’s a significant time jump (which seems unlikely), she must be someone else," adding, "I think she’s connected to either Khalid or Jim."

In addition to theories linking Sharvari's character to other YRF Spy Universe projects, some fans speculate that Anil Kapoor portrays the father of both Alia and Sharvari in the film. According to this theory, Bobby Deol's character kidnaps Sita and trains her as an assassin, while Sharvari's role involves uncovering the truth and rescuing her from his nefarious plans.
