Mumbai: Actor Divyenndu recently shared an interesting tidbit about his Instagram account, revealing that actress Shraddha Kapoor was the one who set it up during the filming of the 2018 movie Batti Gul Meter Chalu. He also discussed his decision to alter the spelling of his name and his belief in the importance of energy balance.

During an appearance on Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi's show, Double Date, Divyenndu explained the motivation behind his name change and emphasized his desire to harmonize with the energies surrounding him.

He stated, “I learned that this is my name, and I want to stay aligned with the energies. If something helps me achieve that alignment, I will embrace it.”

Neha inquired if he had also updated the spelling of his name on his social media platforms and email accounts.

Divyenndu confirmed that Shraddha Kapoor had indeed created his Instagram profile while they were collaborating on Batti Gul Meter Chalu. He mentioned, “Shraddha Kapoor made my Instagram when we were working on Batti Gul Meter Chalu. I had already acted in Pyaar Ka Punchnama and Chashme Baddoor before that, but I wasn’t on Instagram.”

Additionally, he shared a humorous story about his Twitter account, revealing that it was established by the esteemed actor Anupam Kher.

He remarked, “Anupam Kher ji created my Twitter account. We had worked on a film titled 21 Topon Ki Salaami, and he took the initiative to set up my account.”
