Following its remarkable success, the spy thriller is now aiming to surpass the earnings of Prabhas and SS Rajamouli's iconic film, Baahubali 2. Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar 2 has already outperformed Allu Arjun's Pushpa 2, securing its position as the third highest-grossing Indian film globally. It now requires just a few crores to overtake Baahubali 2 and claim the second position.

On April 20, Jio Studios released the latest box office statistics for Dhurandhar 2. Currently in its fifth week, this multi-starrer has established itself as the highest-grossing Hindi film in India, with an impressive net collection of Rs 1153 crore over 32 days. The gross total stands at Rs 1360 crore. Internationally, the film has garnered a substantial Rs 423 crore (gross), bringing its total worldwide earnings to an astounding Rs 1783 crore.

The top position is currently held by Aamir Khan's Dangal, which has a worldwide collection of Rs 2070.30 crore, and it is likely to maintain its lead for the foreseeable future.
