A Travel Mishap for the Hemsworth Family

Recently, Chris Hemsworth and his family faced an unexpected travel challenge that left them stuck at the airport, unable to catch their international flight. In a conversation with Harper's Bazaar Arabia, Hemsworth shared the amusing story behind the incident, revealing that he accidentally took his daughter's passport instead of his son's. He remarked, "I actually went to the airport once and I had my daughter's passport instead of my son's passport," shedding light on the mix-up that caused their travel woes.

Despite the blunder, Hemsworth tried to get through security by explaining the situation. He humorously noted, "They kind of look the same," but was quickly corrected by his wife, Elsa Pataky, who pointed out, "They don't." The actor recounted his exchange with the security personnel, saying, "This is her," only to be met with the firm response, "That's a boy." Reflecting on the incident, Hemsworth laughed, saying, "So, yeah, that didn't work."

Hemsworth and Pataky, who tied the knot in 2010, are proud parents of three children: India Rose, 14, and 12-year-old twins Sasha and Tristan. While the couple typically keeps their kids out of the spotlight, they have made occasional appearances in various projects. Notably, India Rose acted alongside her father in the 2022 film 'Thor: Love and Thunder,' where she portrayed Gorr's daughter.

Despite her early acting debut, Hemsworth has stressed the importance of allowing his daughter to enjoy her childhood before fully immersing herself in the entertainment world. In a July 2023 interview with ET Online, he expressed his wish for her to have a well-rounded upbringing, stating, "I want her to have a childhood, and I think so does she. There's plenty of time, sweetie. Go to school, horse ride, have fun, be a kid."

Meanwhile, the twins are also beginning to carve out their own paths in the entertainment industry, recently appearing in their mother’s new television series 'The Tribute.' In this Spanish-language show, they play the sons of Pataky's character, highlighting the family's increasing involvement in the industry while still valuing their time together as a family.
