BTS Members Prepare for Reunion

The popular K-pop group BTS is gearing up for a much-anticipated reunion as all its members are completing their military service. Fans, known as the BTS ARMY, have been eagerly counting down the days for over a month, and excitement is building as V and RM are set to return tomorrow, June 9. Fans are planning various ways to welcome back their beloved idols.

Social media has been flooded with heartfelt posts from fans expressing their joy and anticipation for the return of the BTS members.

BIGHIT MUSIC has officially announced the discharge of RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook, stating, “Hello. This is BIGHIT MUSIC. We are excited to bring you the news of RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook’s upcoming military discharge. RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook are close to completing their active service in the army and will soon be discharged.”

The statement continued, “Please note that the discharge day is reserved for military personnel only. No special events are planned on the day of RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook’s discharge. Each location has very limited space, and overcrowding can pose safety risks. We place the safety of our artists and fans as our top priority and sincerely request our fans not to visit the sites in person. Please convey your warm regards and encouragement in your hearts.”

The announcement concluded with gratitude: “We are always grateful for your unwavering love and support for RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook. Our company will continue to put our utmost effort into supporting our artists. Thank you once again for your continued love and support for BTS.”

J-Hope has also shared that he will perform at the BTS Festa 2025 celebrations on June 13 and 14 at Goyang Stadium. He expressed his excitement on Weverse, stating, “Most of the members will be discharged by then. I think FESTA will be extremely meaningful this year. It’s our debut day. I think on that day I will be emotional. We planned it this way, and after many discussions, we wanted to do this with many ARMYs. Now we’ll have a FESTA that has Bangtan in it. Finally! It’s a big concert and it’s important to me. I’m going to prepare a lot. It is the final, after all!”

Reflecting on the reunion, he mentioned, “It’ll be hard to believe, as it’s been so long. Our last activities were in 2022, so three or four years will have passed by the time we reunite. It seems like the fans are eagerly waiting. I am wondering what the energy will be like once we’re back together. What will be different is that we will each have had solo experiences before coming back together as a team. So, I’m looking forward to it.”
