This actress has also discussed the purported benefits of urine consumption. Let's explore which two Bollywood stars are reportedly drinking their urine daily to maintain their health.

Another Star Joins the Urine Drinking Trend

The actress who has made this astonishing claim is none other than the 'Aashiqui' girl, Anu Aggarwal. In an interview, she disclosed that she has also consumed her urine, similar to Paresh Rawal. During her conversation with Instant Bollywood, Anu confirmed this practice.

When asked about Rawal's admission, Anu revealed that many people are unaware of this practice. She explained that drinking urine is known as 'Amroli' and is considered a part of Hatha Yoga, believed to be a source of vitality.

Benefits of Drinking Urine

Anu further elaborated, stating, "I have personally tried it. We have all experimented with it. It's a crucial practice, but one must remember not to drink the entire stream. Only a portion should be consumed, as the middle part is considered nectar. It helps keep the skin wrinkle-free and is very beneficial for health. I have experienced its advantages myself."

It is noteworthy that Paresh Rawal mentioned in an interview with a media outlet that he was advised by Veeru Devgan to drink his urine every morning. He stated that many fighters follow this routine, and after that, he tried it for 15 consecutive days.

Is Drinking Urine Harmful?

According to medical professionals, many substances are expelled from the body because they are no longer needed, such as sweat, carbon dioxide, and urine. Reintroducing these substances into the body is akin to putting exhaust gases back into a car's engine, which can be harmful.
