In the early hours of Sunday, Shri Anant Ambani, the Executive Director of Reliance Industries, visited the sacred hill shrine of Lord Venkateswara in Tirumala, showcasing his unwavering faith and devotion. Arriving around 1 a.m., he participated in the time-honored tradition of offering his hair to the deity, a significant act of surrender embraced by countless devotees each year. His presence underscored the enduring nature of faith amidst a rapidly changing world.
At approximately 3:30 a.m., Shri Ambani took part in the Suprabhata Seva, a ceremonial ritual that signifies the awakening of the deity. Following this, temple priests bestowed Vedic blessings upon him, and the Executive Officer of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) presented him with a sacred memento and prasadam.
During his visit, Shri Ambani also engaged with the temple's goshala, offering prayers and interacting with the cows and elephants. He later visited the Sri Padmavathi Ammavari Temple in Tirupati before concluding his spiritual journey, departing around 6:30 a.m. His visit highlighted a deep commitment to India's spiritual heritage, witnessed by thousands of devotees participating in the early morning rituals at this revered pilgrimage site.
