**The Oddity of a Day Off**
In a recent entry on his blog, he expressed, "A day that felt a bit 'lazy'... without any particular reason... but not working daily feels odd to me. When you stray from your established routine, it disrupts the order you've created. As a result, the day can feel somewhat chaotic—unlike the usual days where everything flows smoothly."

He continued, "You start to question why the day isn't progressing as you had hoped. If we can understand this notion, we can preserve a sense of calm and serenity in our environment. Yet, some individuals struggle with this, which only heightens their stress levels."
