Amitabh Bachchan, who is currently the host of 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 18', is making headlines not just for his television role but also for a significant real estate transaction.

**Leasing Three Floors**
Recent reports indicate that the iconic actor has leased three floors of his commercial property in Andheri West, Mumbai, to the nutrition company 'Trunativ F&B Private Limited'. This agreement will provide him with a monthly rental income of ₹33 lakh, with the lease set for five years as per the registration documents.

**Spacious Area of 8,428 Square Feet**
The leased space comprises the top three floors of the 'Signature' building in Oshiwara, Andheri West, totaling around 8,428 square feet. The lease began on August 15, 2026, with a rental rate of approximately ₹392 per square foot monthly. Over the five-year term, Bachchan is projected to earn around ₹21.88 crore from this property.

**Security Deposit and Parking Rights**
As part of the leasing agreement, Trunativ has provided a security deposit of ₹1.98 crore. The contract also includes a provision for a 5% annual rent increase and grants the company the right to park nine vehicles in the building's parking area. So far, neither Amitabh Bachchan nor Trunativ has released an official statement regarding this deal.

**Previous Rental Agreements**
This isn't the first instance of Amitabh Bachchan renting out his commercial properties. In 2023, he leased four office units in the 'Lotus Signature' building to Warner Music Private Limited, earning a monthly rent of ₹17.30 lakh, with the lease starting in March 2024 and including 12 dedicated parking spaces.

**Investments in Ayodhya**
Bachchan is also expanding his real estate portfolio beyond Mumbai, having made substantial investments in land in Ayodhya. During the HT Real Estate Summit, Abhinandan Lodha shared that Amitabh personally reached out to him about purchasing land in Ayodhya, even calling him at 3 AM while he was in Australia.
