How Amita Singh Tomar Won Rs 50 Lakh on KBC 5

During her time on Kaun Banega Crorepati 5, Amita excelled in the fastest finger first round, securing her spot on the hot seat. In episode 21, she faced a pivotal question that could earn her Rs 50 lakh: 'In the 1857 War, who was the Commander of the British army who fought against Rani Lakshmi Bai and Tatya Tope in Gwalior?' The options presented were A - Hugh Rose, B - Colonel Neill, C - William Hodson, and D - John Nicholson. After some contemplation, Amita confidently selected option A, and indeed, Hugh Rose was the correct answer, leading her to victory.
