Allu Sirish and Nayanika Reddy's Intimate Wedding Journey
A Fairytale Romance in Jubilee Hills
Allu Sirish and Nayanika Reddy's enchanting love story blossomed in the upscale neighborhood of Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad. Their journey began as friends at the wedding of Sirish's cousin, Varun Tej, and Lavanya Tripathi. After a year of getting to know each other, they realized they were meant to be together. Instead of a grand wedding, the couple chose a more subdued traditional ceremony. In a candid chat with Zoom, Sirish shared insights into their relationship and his unconventional proposal.
Who Took the First Step?
Allu Sirish reveals who proposed first - he or Nayanika Reddy?
Sirish explained, “It may not sound romantic, but there wasn’t a formal proposal. It felt like everyone around us knew about our relationship, so it was time for our families to meet. We were confident about marriage, wanting our parents to connect before any rumors spread. Although we didn’t date in the traditional sense, I was the one who initiated the conversation about marriage.”

Reflecting on their first encounter, Sirish recounted, “I met Nayanika at the wedding of Varun Tej and Lavanya. We were familiar with each other socially, but that was our first real meeting. For about seven to eight months before we officially started dating, we would talk and meet regularly. Sometimes, when the moment is right, the conversation flows naturally.”
A Unique Courtship
Allu Sirish says he and Nayanika Reddy did not date
He continued, “During that time, we never explicitly discussed marriage, yet our conversations hinted at our readiness to commit. We often used terms like ‘we’ and ‘forever.’ After dating for a year, we decided to revisit the idea of marriage, and within that year, we tied the knot. Our official dating began in October, and we got engaged on October 31.”
The Wedding Ceremony

The couple exchanged vows in a private and traditional Telugu ceremony in Hyderabad on March 6, attended by close family. Their pre-wedding reception, however, was a glamorous event. Notably, their wedding coincided with the 15th anniversary of Sirish's elder brother, Allu Arjun, and his wife, Sneha Reddy.
