New Delhi: The much-anticipated film Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar, has made a remarkable entrance at the box office, raking in ₹21.60 crore gross on its opening day.
Directed by Priyadarshan, the film hit theaters on Friday and features a talented cast including Wamiqa Gabbi, Paresh Rawal, and Tabu in key roles. It is produced by Kumar alongside Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor, under the banner of Balaji Motion Pictures in collaboration with Cape of Good Films.

This film marks a reunion between Kumar and Priyadarshan after a 15-year hiatus.
Kumar and Priyadarshan have previously teamed up for several successful comedies, including Hera Pheri, Garam Masala, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and Bhagam Bhag, with their last collaboration being Khatta Meetha in 2010.
Additionally, Kumar is set to star in Priyadarshan's forthcoming project Haiwaan, which will also feature Saif Ali Khan.
