The film follows Arjun Maurya (played by Akshay), who travels to Mangalpur for his sister's wedding at their ancestral home. Despite warnings about a local legend of a demon named Vadhusur, who is said to cause brides to vanish on their wedding night, Arjun remains skeptical until he faces the legend himself.



The cast includes notable actors such as Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Tabu, and Mithila Palkar, creating a rich ensemble for this comedy-drama. Meanwhile, Vidya is set to appear in Raja Shivaji, directed by and starring Riteish Deshmukh, which tells the story of the legendary warrior king's rise to power. Vidya portrays Badi Begum, a significant figure in the Bijapur Sultanate, who played a crucial role in the royal court and opposed Shivaji Maharaj. This film is scheduled for release on May 1.
