In a task on Lock Upp 2, Shreya Kalra obtained a key that contained Akanksha's secret. The actress urged her co-contestant to keep it confidential, emphasizing the importance of trust. Later, in a conversation with her friend Pamala Serena, Akanksha expressed her fears regarding the potential fallout from her third secret. She stated, "I am the one in danger. Shreya doesn't realize that I am a public figure, and my husband is well-known in the industry. We could face public outrage. While people may forget Shreya, they will remember Gaurav Khanna and me, and I owe my family an explanation." She added that her family might react negatively if her third secret were to come to light.

For context, Shreya had previously shared Akanksha's secret with Sufi Motiwala. On judgment day, Akanksha also admitted to being bisexual before marrying Gaurav, stating, "I am attracted to women and find them to be my safe space."
