Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt Begin New Journey with Luxurious Home Plans
Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt's New Chapter
Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt have embarked on a new journey together after their recent marriage in a private ceremony. The couple exchanged vows at Aamir's rented residence in Pali Hill earlier this month. Reports indicate that Aamir is already envisioning a grand future for his family, including plans for a luxurious sky villa in the redevelopment of Mumbai's Marina Apartments. This ambitious project is said to involve an investment exceeding Rs 100 crore and aims to accommodate several of Aamir's family members.

Aamir Khan's Lavish Abode in the Making
As per sources, Aamir Khan's permanent residence with Gauri will be situated in the upcoming high-rise redevelopment of Marina Apartments located in Union Park, Khar, Mumbai. The actor has owned multiple apartments in this complex for years and appreciates the serene neighborhood, which is conveniently close to his cousin Mansoor Khan's home. Although the redevelopment is still underway and expected to be completed around 2030, Aamir has reportedly already made plans for their future living arrangements.
Reports suggest that Aamir will possess approximately a dozen apartments within the building. The top three floors are anticipated to be merged into a lavish sky villa, which will serve as the residence for Aamir, Gauri, and Quinn, Gauri's son from her previous marriage. Sources indicate that this home is being designed to be one of the most opulent celebrity residences in Mumbai. Given Aamir's penchant for hosting intimate gatherings with friends from various sectors, one of the floors is reportedly dedicated solely to private events and family celebrations.

Aamir Khan's Family to Reside in the Same Building
Additionally, Aamir is planning to provide housing for several extended family members within the same building. Reports indicate that he has designated one floor for his son, actor Junaid Khan, from his first marriage to Reena Dutta. Other apartments are being reserved for filmmaker Kiran Rao and their son, Azad Rao Khan. Furthermore, Aamir's mother, Zeenat Hussain, along with his sisters Nikhat Khan and Farhat Dutta, are also expected to receive apartments in the redeveloped complex. It is claimed that Aamir has already made an advance payment exceeding Rs 100 crore for these additional family apartments. However, Aamir has not publicly addressed these reports.
These developments come shortly after Aamir and Gauri Spratt tied the knot on July 5 in a modest ceremony at Aamir's rented home in Pali Hill, Mumbai. The wedding was a close-knit affair attended by family and friends, with the couple reportedly registering their marriage under the Special Marriage Act. Staying true to their understated style, both Aamir and Gauri chose elegant traditional attire over a lavish celebration. Aamir was previously married to Reena Dutta, with whom he has two children, Ira Khan and Junaid Khan. After their separation in 2002, he married filmmaker Kiran Rao, but they announced their separation in 2021 while continuing to co-parent their son, Azad Rao Khan.
