Viral Video Allegations Against Humayun Kabir

A video featuring a West Bengal legislator from the Awami Janata Udyog Party (AJUP) has gone viral on social media, leading to serious allegations from the Trinamool Congress. The party claims that Humayun Kabir is involved in a deal with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). In the footage, the individual purported to be Kabir discusses receiving ₹1,000 crores from the BJP. In response to these claims, Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that Mamata Banerjee could easily fabricate 2,000 such videos. He emphasized that Kabir and the BJP are as incompatible as the North and South Poles, asserting that they would rather remain in opposition for 20 years than ally with those responsible for the Babri Masjid demolition.
