These updates typically encompass comprehensive design changes, including new exteriors, technological upgrades, and revamped interiors. If you're considering purchasing a new SUV, it might be prudent to hold off for a bit, as numerous refreshed models are on the horizon. Here’s a look at some of the vehicles expected to debut by the year's end.

Hyundai Venue

The Hyundai Venue is on track for a facelift soon. Recent sightings of test mules in both Korea and India have sparked speculation about its imminent launch. Reports indicate that the updated Venue will feature a redesigned front fascia, a larger touchscreen, and an upgraded cabin. The powertrain options are likely to include a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine and a 1.0-liter turbo petrol engine, both expected to be available with manual and automatic transmission options.

Mahindra Bolero

Mahindra is gearing up to completely overhaul the Bolero. This new model will not just be a facelift but a fresh offering built from the ground up, likely utilizing a new platform. The innovative architecture aims to bridge the gap between traditional vehicles and electric models. Set to launch on August 15, this new design may pave the way for future hybrid or electric variants.

Kia Seltos

Kia is also preparing to unveil the next-generation Seltos by late 2025. The new model has been spotted undergoing tests both abroad and in India. Anticipated features include new LED headlights, updated alloy wheels, and vertical tail lamps. Inside, it is expected to boast a 12.3-inch display and a redesigned center console. There are also rumors of a strong hybrid version and possibly an all-wheel-drive variant.

MG ZS EV

The MG Astor is set for a generational update, and its electric counterpart, the MG ZS EV, is also expected to receive enhancements. A recent price reduction hints at an upcoming facelift. The new model will likely offer a Battery-as-a-Service plan and will be based on a platform that has become somewhat outdated compared to competitors. The refreshed vehicle is anticipated to launch in India by 2026, featuring a larger battery and advanced amenities, including Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) technology.
