After the MoU signing, CEO Christophe Foquet remarked, "Semiconductors have become a significant focus for India, and Tata is poised to establish the nation's first semiconductor fabrication facility. This initiative is crucial, and through this agreement, we aim to support Tata with the best lithography solutions available, including products, technology, and personnel from ASML."
