It is a rare honor, given to only a few distinguished leaders in the history of GSMA, recognizing those whose efforts have profoundly influenced the communications landscape. The award was presented during the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, attended by notable figures including Felipe VI, Pedro Sanchez, and Salvador Illa, along with other key players from the global telecom sector.
