Shikhar Dhawan's New Real Estate Investment

Shikhar Dhawan, the former Indian cricketer, has made a significant investment in real estate by purchasing a lavish flat in Gurgaon. According to data from a real estate analytics firm, Dhawan acquired a 6,040 square feet apartment located on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. The reported cost of this property is approximately ₹65.61 crore, and with an additional stamp duty of ₹3.28 crore, the total investment amounts to ₹68.89 crore.




The property is situated in DLF's The Dahlia, located in Sector 54 of Gurgaon. Official documents indicate that the transaction took place on February 4, 2025. This luxurious apartment also comes with the convenience of parking for five vehicles. According to the official records, the cricketer purchased the apartment at a rate of ₹1.08 lakh per square foot. DLF has announced that it has sold a total of 173 ultra-luxury apartments in its The Dahlia project so far.




It is noteworthy that Shikhar Dhawan announced his retirement from all formats of cricket last August and has also stepped away from the IPL. Recently, he has been spotted multiple times with his girlfriend, Sophie Shine, and the couple has been a hot topic on social media. Additionally, reports suggest that Dhawan purchased a house in Australia in 2015 for around $750,000 and owns a luxurious residence in Delhi valued at approximately ₹5 crore.
