Amit Shah Unveils New Sulphuric Acid Plant in Odisha to Boost Fertilizer Production

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has inaugurated a new sulphuric acid plant by IFFCO in Jagatsingpur, Odisha. This facility aims to boost fertilizer production and aligns with the government's Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative. The event was attended by key political figures, including Odisha's Chief Minister and Union ministers. This development is expected to significantly enhance local agricultural productivity and self-sufficiency in fertilizer production.
 

Inauguration of IFFCO's New Facility


Paradip: On Friday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah officially opened a new sulphuric acid plant established by IFFCO in Jagatsingpur district, Odisha, aimed at increasing fertilizer production capabilities.


This facility in Paradip is expected to significantly enhance IFFCO's fertilizer output and contribute to the vision of 'Atmanirbhar Bharat', according to officials.


The inauguration event was attended by Odisha's Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, and State Minister Sampad Chandra Swain.
