Mumbai, July 14: Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has announced that its consumer application, Adani One, has successfully reached over five million users within just ten months of launching its loyalty initiative, Adani Rewards, which is among the first integrated airport loyalty programs in India.
This loyalty program is accessible at all eight airports operated by AAHL across seven states, enabling travelers to earn and redeem reward points on various services such as shopping and dining through the Adani One app.
The achievement highlights the increasing popularity of digital solutions that enhance the airport experience while rewarding passengers for their regular expenditures.
To build on this success, AAHL plans to roll out a tiered membership system later this year, which will provide frequent flyers with additional benefits and personalized services.
According to an AAHL representative, "Reaching five million members in under a year is a significant achievement for Adani Rewards. We will soon unveil new features, broaden member benefits, and create more engagement opportunities across all AAHL-managed airports."
Passengers can easily sign up for Adani Rewards using their mobile number at the point of purchase.
Points accumulated from transactions can be exchanged for various perks, including complimentary food and beverages, as well as premium airport experiences via the Adani One app.
Seasonal promotions like Diwali, Winterfest, and the recently held Summer Carnival have played a crucial role in boosting user engagement by providing exclusive offers and tailored experiences.
AAHL also mentioned that further improvements to the program are on the horizon, aimed at enhancing its attractiveness across its airport network, which stretches from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala to Guwahati in Assam.
As the largest public-private partnership airport operator in India, AAHL oversees eight airports, including those in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Mangaluru, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, and the newly built Navi Mumbai airport.
