Bajaj Launches New Pricing for Freedom 125 CNG Motorcycle

Bajaj has recently adjusted the pricing of its Freedom 125 NG04 CNG motorcycle, reducing the cost of the base variant to enhance sales. The motorcycle features a 125 cc engine and various braking systems across its models. While the base variant now comes with a price cut, the mid and top variants remain at their original prices. This article explores the specifications, features, and new pricing details of the Bajaj Freedom 125, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious riders.
 

Introduction to Bajaj Freedom 125 NG04

In 2024, Bajaj introduced its innovative CNG motorcycle, the Freedom 125 NG04. As a prominent player in the two-wheeler market, Bajaj aimed to create a dual-fuel bike that would help riders save on fuel expenses and lower their overall running costs. Although the initial response to the bike was overwhelmingly positive, recent sales have seen a decline. To boost sales, Bajaj has decided to reduce the prices of the base variant.


Revised Pricing for Bajaj Freedom CNG Motorcycle

The base variant, equipped with drum brakes, now enjoys a price reduction of Rs 5,000, bringing its cost down to approximately Rs 85,976 from the previous Rs 90,976. The prices for the mid and top variants remain unchanged, with the mid variant priced at Rs 95,981 and the top variant at Rs 1,10,976, both ex-showroom.


Engine and Features

All variants of the Freedom 125 are powered by a 125 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, producing 9.5 Ps of power and 9.7 Nm of peak torque. The base variant features a halogen headlamp, while the mid and top variants come with LED headlamps. The braking system includes a 110 mm drum brake at the rear and a 130 mm drum brake at the front for the base model, while the top variant is equipped with a 240 mm disc brake at the front and a 130 mm drum brake at the rear. All models come with a CBS braking setup.


Display and Connectivity Features

The base and mid variants feature a basic LCD display without connectivity options, whereas the top variant boasts an inverted FULL LCD display with connectivity features. Additionally, the base variant lacks tank flaps and other amenities available in the higher-end models.
