Curry patta, paneer, tomatoes, onion, ginger garlic paste, oil/ghee, spices.
Boil paneer in salted water for 2 mins, then cut into small pieces.
Heat oil/ghee, add curry patta and chopped chilli.
Cook onion till pink, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, and turmeric.
Cook till oil separates from the mixture.
Mix in ketchup to the masala mixture.
Add warm water, simmer, and your Paneer Curry Patta is ready to enjoy.
