CCI imposed a fine of 200 crores on Maruti Suzuki, there was a violation in the dealer discount rules

JAIPUR DESK !!!The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has imposed a fine of 200 crores on Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The penalty has been imposed for forcing the dealers to offer limited discounts on the car. The CCI had started investigation into the allegations in 2019 and has now been fined 200 crores while giving its verdict. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has stated that the Competition Commission of India has imposed a rebate control policy on Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.
