Governor's Congratulations to UP Universities

Anandiben Patel, the Governor of Uttar Pradesh and the Chancellor of state universities, has extended her heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to various universities in the state for their impressive performance in the globally recognized QS ranking system.


According to an official statement, several universities in Uttar Pradesh have achieved notable positions in the recently released QS rankings for Asia and South Asia.


Lucknow University secured the 781–790 range in the QS Asia rankings and placed 244th in the South Asia rankings.


Chaudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut and Baba Bhimrao Ambedkar University in Lucknow both ranked between 801–850 in Asia and 254th in South Asia.


Bundelkhand University in Jhansi, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule University in Ruhelkhand, and Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in Kanpur were positioned in the 901–950 range in Asia and 297th in South Asia.


Deen Dayal Upadhyay University in Gorakhpur achieved a ranking of 1001–1100 in Asia and 330th in South Asia.


Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University in Jaunpur was ranked 1201–1300 in Asia and 397th in South Asia.


Numerous other universities have also made significant achievements.


Governor Anandiben Patel remarked that this success is a result of the collective efforts of the universities' faculty, researchers, officials, and students, highlighting their commitment to academic excellence, research dedication, and innovative approaches.


She stated, 'This achievement is a matter of pride for the entire state and the nation.'
