Improvements in Flight Frequency and Timeliness

In a recent statement, IndiGo revealed that it is now operating over 1,650 flights, an increase from more than 1,500 flights the previous day. The airline also noted a substantial enhancement in its on-time performance, which has risen to 75%, compared to just 30% the day before.

Passenger Compensation and Continuous Operations

To address the inconveniences faced by passengers, IndiGo has announced a full waiver on cancellation and rescheduling requests for bookings made until December 15, 2025. The airline reassured customers that refund and baggage processes are 'fully operational,' with teams working around the clock to restore normal services.
