In anticipation of the forthcoming Panchayat elections, the Nurpur Police District has implemented stringent security measures to guarantee a peaceful, fair, and transparent electoral process.
Today, police stations in Indora and Fatehpur hosted special briefing sessions for officers assigned to election duties. These sessions aimed to inform and prepare security personnel regarding their essential roles:
- Polling Station Security: Ensuring robust security at all polling locations, allowing voters to cast their votes without intimidation or influence.
- Ballot Box Protection: Safeguarding ballot boxes post-polling and ensuring their secure transfer to designated strong rooms.
- Compliance with Election Protocols: Adhering strictly to the guidelines set by the Election Commission, the Model Code of Conduct, and all legal requirements.
