A WhatsApp chatbot service has been introduced, allowing individuals to inquire about nearby Ghats and ponds from the comfort of their homes.
How to Access Chhath Ghat Information
To utilize this service, users need to send a simple "Hi" message to 9264447449 via WhatsApp. Following this, they will be prompted to choose their preferred language, either Hindi or English, and a list of available services will be displayed.
After sharing their location, the chatbot will promptly provide detailed information about the closest Chhath Ghat, including its name, a Google Maps link, and contact details for the sanitation inspector and zonal officer.
One-Click Route to the Ghat
A standout feature of this service is the ability to view the route from home to the Ghat directly on WhatsApp. This allows devotees to quickly identify the nearest Ghat and the best way to reach it.
