Govardhan Puja Materials List (Govardhan Puja Materials List 2025)
Main Puja Materials include:
- Cow dung for shaping the Govardhan Mountain
- Earthen lamp (diya) for worship and offerings
- Ghee for lighting lamps and in havan (fire sacrifice)
- Cotton or wick for the lamp
- Gangajal or pure water for sprinkling and sipping
- Mango leaves for Kalash decoration
- Coconut to place on the Kalash
- Betel nut (supari) for the Kalash and puja
- Coins or currency as a symbol of Lakshmi.
Annakut and Bhog Materials
- Raw rice
- Wheat
- Milk
- Curd
- Ghee
- Jaggery
- Mishri
- Fruits (banana, apple, pomegranate)
- Dried fruits (cashews, almonds, raisins)
- Sweets like laddus, pedas, kheer, etc.
