Ingredients Needed

1.5 cups of Milk
2 tablespoons of Cocoa powder
1/4 cup of Sugar
1/4 cup of Corn flour
1/2 cup of Cream
1/2 cup of Chocolate chips
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of Salt
Additional Milk

Instructions for Preparation

Begin by pouring one cup of milk into a large mixing bowl. Add 2 tablespoons each of cocoa powder and corn flour.

Mix these ingredients thoroughly. If you prefer, custard powder can be used in place of corn flour.

Continue stirring until the mixture is well blended. Next, take a pan and pour in half a cup of milk.

Combine the prepared mixture with the milk in the pan. Cook over low heat while stirring continuously. Once the mixture is well integrated, add 1/4 cup of sugar.

- For a sweeter pudding, feel free to increase the sugar to half a cup. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Incorporate the cream into the mixture and stir until it reaches a smooth consistency.

- Mix in the chocolate chips and continue to cook while stirring until they are completely melted.
- Lower the heat and allow the mixture to thicken and become glossy.
- Once done, turn off the heat, add vanilla essence and salt, and mix well. Pour the pudding into small cups and cover them.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Your chocolate pudding is now ready to be served, garnished with extra chocolate chips.
