The Paralympic Games will start on Tuesday. Tendulkar said in a statement on Monday, "It is time for the Paralympic Games and I appeal to all Indians to support the 54 players of the country participating in the Tokyo Games." Tendulkar said that the journey of Para sportspersons teaches a lesson. That if there is passion and determination then a person can do anything. “I believe that these women and men are not players with special abilities, but women and men with extraordinary abilities who are real-life heroes for all of us,” he said.
