Gopichand Hinduja Passes Away in London
New Delhi: Gopichand P Hinduja, the chairman of the Hinduja Group, passed away on Tuesday in London at the age of 85, as confirmed by family sources.
Known affectionately as 'GP' among his peers, Gopichand had been experiencing health issues in recent weeks and ultimately succumbed in a hospital in London.
He was part of the second generation of the Hinduja family and assumed the role of chairman after the passing of his elder brother, Srichand, in May 2023.
Gopichand is survived by his wife, Sunita, along with their sons Sanjay and Dheeraj, and their daughter, Rita.
