Jasprit Bumrah is absent from this match as MI has decided to rest the fast bowler. MI's captain, Hardik Pandya, expressed confidence in the pitch conditions, stating that it should improve as the evening progresses. He emphasized the team's desire to conclude a challenging season on a high note and confirmed that Deepak Chahar has been included in the playing XI.
