OJEE 2026 Results Announced


Bhubaneswar: The results for the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE-2026) were officially released on Monday by the state's Minister for Skill Development and Technical Education, Sampad Chandra Swain.


This examination was held to facilitate admissions into 16 different technical and professional courses across various government and private institutions in Odisha.


Shubhransu Sutar emerged as the top scorer in the B Pharm category, while Swagat Kumar Behura excelled in M Tech. Other notable achievers include Tribikram Pradhan in MBA, Naren Patra in MCA/MSc (Computer Science), Srimayee Panigrahi in integrated MBA, Shyamsundar Behera in M Pharm, Sai Aarya Anushka Nayak in M Arch, and Sagarika Acharya in M Plan.


Odisha's Chief Minister, Mohan Charan Majhi, took to X to commend the successful candidates, stating, "Your achievements reflect your unwavering dedication, focus, and hard work. This is a proud moment for your families and educators."


He encouraged all students, regardless of their results, to pursue their aspirations with confidence, resilience, and a positive outlook.


The entrance exam was designed for a variety of courses, including engineering, pharmacy, planning, architecture, nursing, and MBA, offered by numerous educational institutions in the state for the academic year 2026-27, as noted by Swain.


This year, over 100,000 candidates registered for the OJEE, with 92,628 (89.55 percent) actually taking the test. Excluding nursing candidates, 62,691 students received ranks based on their performance in their respective fields.


The minister highlighted that the entrance examination was conducted at 99 centers across all 30 districts of Odisha, as well as in three cities outside the state: Kolkata, Patna, and Ranchi.


The computer-based test took place from May 4 to May 10. Candidates can access and download their Rank Cards from the official OJEE website.
