A ten-member family from Bangladesh was initially sent back by the Border Security Force, but Bangladesh refused to accept them. Allegations have surfaced that border guards from across the border incited villagers to seize the family's documents and subsequently pushed them into no man's land. After enduring harsh conditions and rain for several days, India ultimately provided this family with food and shelter on humanitarian grounds. High-Level Talks Amid Rising Tensions

Amid escalating tensions at the border, high-level discussions have commenced between the Border Security Force and the Bangladesh Border Guard in Delhi.
