Sonakshi Sinha's Family Dynamics Post-Marriage

Sonakshi Sinha tied the knot with Zaheer Iqbal in June 2024, and since then, she has been actively sharing glimpses of her vacations and family moments. The actress enjoys a close bond with her husband’s entire family. Recently, during a podcast with Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa, she revealed that before their marriage, Zaheer had asked her if she preferred to live separately from his parents, to which she promptly declined.

Sonakshi humorously mentioned that neither she nor her mother-in-law knows how to cook, and they often laugh about it. She expressed that Zaheer's family shares a strong connection, often spending time together and going on vacations, highlighting their fun-loving nature. According to her, her in-laws are quite relaxed and easygoing.

Living with Zaheer Iqbal's Parents

The 'Jatadhara' actress stated that before their wedding, Zaheer asked her whether she wanted to live with the family or separately, and she immediately chose to stay with them. She mentioned that if Zaheer preferred, he could live alone, but she enjoys a delightful and playful relationship with her in-laws.

A Special Bond with Her Mother-in-Law

Sonakshi further shared that her mother, Poonam Sinha, is an excellent cook, which often made her feel pressured about her own cooking skills. However, since her mother-in-law also lacks cooking skills, they both find humor in their situation. The actress noted that Zaheer's mother reassured her that she has come to the right home.

A Long Relationship Before Marriage

Zaheer Iqbal and Sonakshi Sinha got married in June last year, after dating for nearly seven years. The couple had kept their relationship under wraps for several years before finally tying the knot.
