This relief was granted during the hearing of his anticipatory bail petition filed in the district judge's court.

The controversy revolves around Khan Sir's coaching center, 'Khan Global Studies Institute', located in the Kadamkuan police station area of Patna. On June 2, a significant disturbance occurred outside the institute.

The conflict arose when a group of 15 to 20 individuals allegedly tore down posters and pelted stones at the premises. Following this chaos, there were reports of retaliatory gunfire from within the coaching center, which subsequently went viral on social media. Based on this footage, the police registered an FIR naming Khan Sir and another competitor.
Court's Directive
During the proceedings, Khan Sir's attorney argued for his client's protection while the investigation is ongoing. After hearing both sides, the court ruled that the investigating officer could question Khan Sir, who is required to cooperate with the inquiry.
